Abstract
For the last 5 years, the Tanjung Bunga Metro Road section is one of the accident-prone areas in Makassar City, every year the number of accidents that occur on the Tanjung Metro Road section is increasing, namely in 2019 as many as 26 incidents and in 2023 it will increase to 57 incidents. The types of accidents that often occur in the last year are out of control accidents, single accidents, front-side accidents, front-side accidents, front-rear accidents. The blackspot of the Tanjung Bunga Metro Road section is located in front of Trans Studio Mall Makassar, which is one of the shopping and recreation centers in Makassar City, so that traffic conditions become crowded and smooth, with the characteristics of road users in the location are dominated by high speed with a percentile of 85 as high as 63 km/h with road conditions using concrete pavement, but there are lack of road safety equipment facilities, and the horizontal road alignment at the location is a factor causing accidents at the location. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations in the arrangement of road equipment facilities as an effort to reduce the number of accidents on the Tanjung Bunga Metro Road section in front of Trans Studio Mall Makassar. The method used in this study is to correlate the results of spot speed analysis, stop visibility analysis, and road safety audit analysis. From the results of this study, recommendations for solving problems are obtained based on applicable regulations. The recommendations given are in the form of addition, removal, and maintenance of road safety equipment facilities.

Tipe kecelakaan yang sering terjadi pada tahun terakhir yaitu kecelakaan out of control, kecelakaan tunggal, kecelakaan depan-samping, kecelakaan depan-belakang. Blackspot ruas Jalan Metro Tanjung Bunga terletak di depan Trans Studio Mall Makassar yaitu salah satu pusat perbelanjaan dan rekreasi di Kota Makassar, sehingga kondisi lalu menjadi lintas yang ramai lancar, dengan karakteristik pengguna jalan di lokasi tersebut didominasi kecepatan tinggi dengan persentil 85 setinggi 63 km/jam dengan kondisi jalan menggunakan perkerasan beton, namun terdapat fasilitas perlengkapan keselamatan jalan yang kurang, serta alinyemen jalan yang horizontal pada lokasi tersebut menjadi faktor penyabab terjadinya kecelakaan di lokasi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan rekomendasi dalam penataan fasilitas perlengkapan jalan sabagai upaya menurunkan angka kecelakaan di ruas Jalan Metro Tanjung Bunga depan Trans Studio Mall Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengkorelasikan hasil analis analisis spotspeed, analisis jarak pandang henti, dan analisis audit keselamatan jalan. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan rekomendasi penyelesaian masalah dengan berpedoman pada peraturan yang berlaku. Rekomendasi yang diberikan berupa penambahan, penghapusan, serta pemeliharaan fasilitas perlengkapan keselamatan jalan. Kata Kunci : Lokasi Rawan Kecelakaan, Keselamatan, Perlengkapan Jalan |
