Abstract
Evaluasi geometrik jalan dan perencanaan fasilitas pejalan kaki bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas karen tingginya kejadian kkecelakaan yang terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kondisi eksisting yang selanjutnya akan dijadikan rekomendasi untuk menangani permasalahan melalui hasil evaluasi geometrik jalan dan perencanaan fasilitas pejalan kaki. Wilayah kajian pada penelitian ini yaitu pada Segmen 3 Jalan Brawijaya Kota Mojokerto dengan panjang 600m. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman pada SE Dirjen Bina Marga Nomor 20/SE/Db Tahun 2021 Tentang Pedoman Desain Geometrik Jalan, SE Dirjen Bina Marga Nomor 18/SE/Db Tahun 2023 Tentang Perencanaan Teknis Fasilitas Pejalan Kaki, dan SK Dirjen Perhubungan Darat Nomor SK.3582/AJ.403/DRDJ Tahun 2018 Tentang Pedoman Teknis Pemberian Prioritas Keselamatan Dan Kenyamanan Pejalan Kaki Pada Kawasan Sekolah Melalui Penyediaan Zona Selamat Sekolah.
Hasil Penelitian yang telah didapatkan yaitu lebar bahu jalan yang belum memadahi, fasilitas pejalan kaki yang belum lengkap, dan kawasan sekolah yang masih dalam kategori belum selamat. Dari hasil analisis yang didapatkan yaitu melakukan pelebaran bahu jalan pada sisi kiri menjadi 0,5m, lebar tiap lajur menjadi 3m, perencanaan trotoar di atas selokan selebar 1,85m, pemasangan pelican crossing di kawasan sekolah dengan waktu hijau minimal 7 detik, dan pemasangan fasilitas Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZoSS).

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | The geometric evaluation of the road and the planning of pedestrian facilities aims to improve traffic safety due to the high incidence of accidents that occur. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing conditions which will then be used as recommendations to deal with problems through the results of road geometric evaluation and pedestrian facility planning. The study area in this study is in Segment 3 of Jalan Brawijaya, Mojokerto City with a length of 600m. This research uses guidelines in the SE of the Director General of Highways Number 20/SE/Db of 2021 concerning Geometric Design Guidelines for Roads, SE of the Director General of Highways Number 18/SE/Db of 2023 concerning Technical Planning of Pedestrian Facilities, and the Decree of the Director General of Land Transportation Number SK.3582/AJ.403/DRDJ of 2018 concerning Technical Guidelines for Prioritizing the Safety and Comfort of Pedestrians in School Areas through the Provision of School Safe Zones. The results of the research that have been obtained are the width of the road shoulder that is not adequate, pedestrian facilities that are not complete, and the school area that is still in the category of not yet safe. From the results of the analysis obtained, namely widening the road shoulder on the left side to 0.5m, the width of each lane to 3m, planning the sidewalk over a 1.85m wide ditch, installing pelican crossings in the school area with a minimum green time of 7 seconds, and installing School Safe Zone (ZoSS) facilities.
