Abstract
The Kopo - Bizpark intersection is an intersection located in Bandung City that has a high degree of saturation of 1.37, so it needs improvement. This is due to the volume of traffic entering the intersection exceeding the capacity of the intersection. In addition, there are also conflicts with vehicles that will turn right due to the unsignalized arrangement of this intersection. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of redesigning the intersection design into a signalized intersection.
This research uses two main methods, namely PKJI 2023 and Vissim. PKJI 2023 was used to calculate the ideal time for traffic lights. Meanwhile, Vissim was used to create traffic simulations to evaluate the various proposed intersection designs. The performance of each design was assessed based on vehicle queue length and delay. The research resulted in three proposed intersection designs. Each design performed differently when simulated using Vissim. The second design was found to be the most effective for the first plan, the first design was the most effective for the second plan, and the second design was again the most effective for the third plan.

Hal ini disebabkan volume lalu lintas masuk simpang melebihi kapasitas simpang. Selain itu juga terjadi konflik pada kendaraan yang akan belok kanan yang disebabkan pengaturan simpang ini tidak bersinyal. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan merancang ulang design persimpangan menjadi simpang bersimyal. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode utama, yaitu PKJI 2023 dan Vissim. PKJI 2023 digunakan untuk menghitung waktu yang ideal bagi lampu lalu lintas. Sementara itu, Vissim digunakan untuk membuat simulasi lalu lintas guna mengevaluasi berbagai usulan desain persimpangan yang diajukan. Kinerja setiap desain dinilai berdasarkan panjang antrean kendaraan dan tundaan. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan tiga usulan desain persimpangan. Masing-masing desain memiliki kinerja yang berbeda ketika disimulasikan menggunakan Vissim. Desain kedua dinilai paling efektif untuk rencana pertama, desain pertama paling efektif untuk rencana kedua, dan desain kedua kembali menjadi yang paling efektif untuk rencana ketiga.
