Abstract
Simpang 4 Kaharuddin Nasution-Pasir Putih is a signal boundary located in the region of Kelurahan Water Dining, Bukit Raya. Based on the analysis of the PKL Team Kota Pekanbaru has a less optimal performance with a saturation degree of 0.93. Besides, there is still a shortage of roadside equipment on this bench. The objective of this research is to optimize the performance of the bridge by performing cycle adjustments and phase changes using PKJI 2023 and Vissim as well as performing evaluations of road equipment facilities. The indicators used in PKJI 2023 are the degree of saturation, the length of the pendulum and the delay. The results of this study obtained existing performance, performance with cycle timing proposals and performance with phase change proposals. As for the fluctuation of traffic volumes, it is divided into three plans, namely Plan 1 is implemented in two time periods of 06.00-09.00 and 18.00-21.00, Plan 2 is applied in two times of 09.00-16.00 and 21.00-05.00, Plan 3 applied from 16.00-18.00. Obtained the most optimal planning results is the change to 3 phases either using the method Vissim.

Adapun fluktuasi volume lalu lintas dibagai menjadi 3 plan yaitu Plan 1 diterapkan pada dua periode waktu yaitu pada pukul 06.00-09.00 dan 18.00-21.00, Plan 2 diterapkan pada dua periode waktu yaitu pada pukul 09.00-16.00 dan 21.00-06.00, Plan 3 diterapkan diterapkan pada pukul 16.00-18.00. Diperoleh hasil perencanaan yang paling optimal adalah perubahan menjadi 3 fase menggunakan metode Vissim. Kata Kunci : PKJI 2023, Vissim, Peningkatan Kinerja |
