Abstract
The Asia Afrika, Naripan and Lengkong intersections are intersections located in the city of Bandung where the Asia Afrika intersection is the main intersection and Naripan is located 160m from the Asia Afrika intersection and Lengkong is 130m from the Asia Afrika intersection. The Asia Afrika intersection has a Level of Service in the E range with a queue length of 142m, the Naripan intersection has a Level of Service F with a queue length of 157m, the Lengkong intersection has a Level of Service D with a queue length of 71m. With the high queue length at the three intersections, it has the potential to cause conflict between intersections and a degree of saturation of more than 0.85, it is necessary to improve the performance of the intersection in accordance with the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines. With these problems, a study is needed regarding the closest intersections, namely the Naripan and Lengkong intersections. This aims to provide optimal performance at the three intersections and reduce the potential for conflict between intersections. Optimization related to the intersection by means of arrangements on APILL and physical changes to the intersection with analysis using the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method. Based on the results of the analysis, more optimal performance was obtained after optimization, the queue length of the Asia Afrika intersection decreased by 15% initially, the average queue length was 119.79m, decreasing to 81.73m, related to the queue length of the Naripan intersection, it decreased by 49% initially by 134.48m to 51.52m, the queue length of the Lengkong intersection decreased by 15% initially by 69.69 meters to
46.48 meters.

Optimalisasi terkait simpang tersebut dengan cara pengaturan pada APILL serta perubahan fisik simpang dengan analisis menggunakan metode Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2023. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan kinerja yang lebih optimal setelah dilakukan optimalisasi, panjang antrian simpang Asia Afrika menurun sebesar 15% awal rata-rata panjang antrian 119,79m menurun jadi 81,73m, terkait panjang antrian simpang Naripan menurun 49% awal sebesar 134,48m menjadi 51,52m panjang antrian simpang Lengkong menurun sebesar 15% awal sebesar 69,69 meter menjadi 46,48 meter.
