Abstract

Yogyakarta is a tourism city where the existence of public transportation is a representative form of the tourism city itself which must always be improved from time to time so that the identity of the City of Yogyakarta as a tourism city continues to exist and grow. Corridor 5A has a lower load factor performance than the average load factor of the entire corridor, although it is far from ideal. The ideal load factor value is a complex problem so that comprehensive improvement is needed. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is a concept that offers alternatives to criteria and sub-criteria more clearly and free from bias. FAHP is considered to have more detailed insight and levels in describing vague decisions than conventional AHP. Based on the analysis through various literature studies and primary-secondary data, 5 main criteria were obtained with 22 sub-criteria grouped according to the objective aspect.
Experts (expert judgment) assessed the sub-criteria that had been validated with a questionnaire filled out by respondents from the Yogyakarta City community. Through the FHAP method, 5 priority alternatives were obtained to improve the performance of BRT Transjogja Corridor 5A with the highest criteria weighting in the form of punctuality of arrival and departure, distance between stops from the place of origin, travel time (RTT), difference in bus arrival time (headway) and guarantee of service certainty to be used as alternatives to improve the performance of BRT Transjogja corridor 5A.

FAHP dianggap memiliki kejelian dan tingkatan yang lebih detail dalam mendeskripsikan keputusan yang samar daripada AHP konvensional. Berdasarkan analisis melalui berbagai studi literatur dan data primer-sekunder didapatkan 5 kriteria utama dengan 22 subkriteria yang dikelompokkan sesuai dengan aspek tujuan. Pakar/ahli (expert judgement) melakukan penilaian terhadap subkriteria yang telah divalidasi dengan kuesioner yang diisi responden masyarkat Kota Yogyakarta. Melalui metode FHAP didapatkan 5 alternatif prioritas peningkatan kinerja BRT Transjogja Koridor 5A dengan pembobotan kriteria tertinggi berupa ketepatan waktu kedatangan dan keberangkatan, jarak antar halte dari tempat asal, waktu perjalanan (travel time)/RTT), selisih waktu kedatangan bus (headway) dan jaminan kepastian pelayanan untuk dijadikan alternatif peningkatan kinerja BRT Transjogja koridor 5A.
