Abstract
PT Lini Trans Sejahtera Semarang dalam kegiatan ekspor furniture, mengingat sektor
ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian
adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perusahaan menangani kegiatan ekspor, termasuk
prosedur penanganan barang dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Dengan menggunakan
pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and
Threats, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Lini Trans Sejahtera menangani proses logistik
ekspor secara menyeluruh, mulai dari pengangkutan, pengepakan, hingga pengurusan
dokumen. Perusahaan memiliki sistem digital terintegrasi (Transportation
Management System dan Warehause Management System) serta SDM yang kompeten,
menjadi kekuatan utama dalam mendukung efisiensi operasional. Hambatan yang
dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan armada, kendala dokumen, dan regulasi muatan
ODOL. Berdasarkan analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats,
kekuatan dan peluang perusahaan lebih besar dibanding kelemahan dan ancamannya,
sehingga strategi agresif (SO) dinilai tepat untuk pengembangan layanan ekspor di
masa depan.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | PT Lini Trans Sejahtera Semarang in furniture export activities, considering that this sector contributes significantly to the Indonesian economy. The purpose of the research was to find out how companies handle export activities, including the procedures for handling goods and the challenges faced. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats analysis, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that PT Lini Trans Sejahtera handles the export logistics process as a whole, starting from transportation, packing, to document management. The company has an integrated digital system (Transportation Management System and Warehause Management System) as well as competent human resources, which are the main strength in supporting operational efficiency. The obstacles faced include fleet limitations, document constraints, and ODOL load regulations. Based on the analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, the company's strengths and opportunities are greater than its weaknesses and threats, so that an aggressive strategy (SO) is considered appropriate for the development of export services in the future.
