Abstract
CV Sabar Bersaudara merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam
bidang produksi kosentrat pakan hewan ternak. Banyaknya permintaan produksi pakan
hewan ternak menjadikan tingginya biaya pengiriman ke beberapa wilayah tujuan, yaitu
Semarang, Boyolali, Tegal, dan Purwokerto. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menentukan besaran biaya pengiriman yang optimal.
Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah NWC, LC, dan VAM
sebagai perhitungan dasar biaya pengiriman serta metode Stepping Stone digunakan untuk
pengoptimalan biaya pengiriman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya pengiriman
sebesar Rp 317.325 pada NWC, Rp 316.665 pada LC, Rp 316.625 pada VAM, dan Rp
316.945 pada Stepping Stone. Meskipun nilai yang dihasilkan Stepping Stone lebih besar
dari perhitungan awal, namun metode ini dinilai lebih optimal karena menghasilkan
distribusi yang lebih merata dari ketiga gudang ke seluruh distributor.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | CV Sabar Bersaudara is a company engaged in the production of animal feed concentrate. The high demand for animal feed production has resulted in high shipping costs to several destination areas, namely Semarang, Boyolali, Tegal, and Purwokerto. Therefore, this study aims to determine the optimal shipping costs. The analysis techniques used in this study are NWC, LC, and VAM as the basic calculation of shipping costs and the Stepping Stone method is used to optimize shipping costs. The results of the study showed that the shipping costs were IDR 317,325 at NWC, IDR 316,665 at LC, IDR 316,625 at VAM, and IDR 316,945 at Stepping Stone. Although the value generated by Stepping Stone is greater than the initial calculation, this method is considered more optimal because it produces a more even distribution from the three warehouses to all distributors.
