Abstract
Perdagangan internasional memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan
ekonomi Indonesia, salah satunya melalui ekspor. Di Bali, ekspor barang art shop
memiliki potensi besar karena tingginya permintaan dari wisatawan mancanegara.
Barang art shop dari Bali umumnya memiliki dimensi besar dan beragam, sehingga
memerlukan ruang muat yang luas. Oleh karena itu, transportasi laut menjadi
pilihan utama dalam kegiatan ekspor karena memiliki keunggulan dalam kapasitas
angkut yang besar sehingga sesuai untuk pengiriman barang art shop. Untuk
mendukung proses ekspor tersebut, diperlukan peran strategis dari perusahaan
freight forwarding seperti PT Ida Dwi Putra Cargo yang melayani pengiriman
melalui transportasi laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor internal
dan eksternal yang memengaruhi kegiatan ekspor melalui transportasi laut
perusahaan, serta merumuskan rekomendasi strategi yang tepat untuk
meningkatkan kinerja ekspor menggunakan metode SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil
analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan perusahaan lebih dominan
dibandingkan kelemahannya, serta peluang yang ada lebih besar dibandingkan
ancaman. Posisi perusahaan pada matriks IE berada pada sel V, yang menunjukkan
bahwa perusahaan harus menerapkan Strategi Strength–Opportunity (S–O), yang
mencakup empat rekomendasi strategi. Strategi-strategi tersebut kemudian
dianalisis menggunakan metode QSPM. Hasil matriks QSPM menyatakan bahwa
strategi prioritas tertinggi adalah mengembangkan website perusahaan menjadi
sistem satu pintu dalam pemesanan barang art shop dengan berkoordinasi pada art
shop yang sudah bermitra

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | International trade plays an important role in driving Indonesia's economic expansion, one of which is through exports. In Bali, the export of art shop goods has great potential due to the high demand from foreign tourists. Art shop goods from Bali generally have large and diverse dimensions, thus requiring a large loading space. Therefore, sea transport is the main choice in export activities because it has the advantage of large transport capacity making it suitable for shipping art shop goods. To support the export process, a strategic role is needed from freight forwarding companies such as PT Ida Dwi Putra Cargo which serves shipments via sea transportation. This study aims to analyse the internal and external factors affecting the company's sea transportation export activities, as well as formulate appropriate strategy recommendations to improve export performance using SWOT and QSPM methods. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the company's strengths are more dominant than its weaknesses, and the opportunities are greater than the threats. The company's position in the IE matrix is in cell V, which indicates that the company should implement the Strength-Opportunity (S- O) Strategy, which includes four strategy recommendations. These strategies were then analysed using the QSPM method. The results of the QSPM matrix state that the highest priority strategy is to develop the company website into a one-stop system for ordering art shop goods by coordinating with partner art shops.
