Abstract

PT Pelni merupakan perusahaan pelayaran terbesar di Indonesia,
perusahaan ini sangat bergantung pada pengiriman suku cadang kapal secara tepat
waktu untuk menjaga kelancaran operasional armadanya. Penelitian ini
dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan keterlambatan dalam proses impor pengiriman
part of sparepart kapal yang dialami oleh PT Pelni, khususnya yang melibatkan PT
Sarana Bandar Logistik Jakarta sebagai penyedia jasa logistik. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah memberikan alur informasi terkait pelaksanaan impor part of
sparepart PT Sarana Bandar Logistik Jakarta, menganalisis waste yang terjadi
selama pelaksanaan impor dan memberikan solusi dari penyebab waste yang
terjadi.
Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan konsep lean service.
Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan metode VSM dihasilkan bahwa aktivitas
yang menjadi sumber penyebab waste pada kegiatan pelaksanaan impor ini adalah
delay dengan persentase 40%. Selanjutnya berdasarkan analisis yang digunakan
menggunakan metode DEMATEL dijelaskan bahwa faktor G2, yaitu "karyawan
tidak memahami aturan bea cukai terbaru," memiliki nilai prominence (faktor yang
paling mempengaruhi) terbesar terjadinya delay, sehingga memberikan
rekomendasi terkait pentingnya pelatihan rutin Bea Cukai kepada karyawan.

Uncontrolled Keywords: PT Pelni is the largest shipping company in Indonesia, this company is very dependent on timely delivery of ship spare parts to maintain the smooth operation of its fleet. This research is motivated by the problem of delays in the import process of shipping part of spareparts ships experienced by PT Pelni, especially involving PT Sarana Bandar Logistik Jakarta as a logistics service provider. The purpose of this study is to provide information flow related to the implementation of imports part of sparepart PT Sarana Bandar Logistik Jakarta, analyses waste that occurs during the implementation of imports and provides solutions to the causes. Data processing in this study uses the lean service concept. Based on calculations using the VSM method, it was found that the activities that were the source of the cause waste in the implementation of this import activity isdelay with a percentage of 40%. Further more, based on the analysis used using the DEMATEL method, it is explained that factor G2, namely "employees do not understand the latest customs regulations," has a prominence value (the most influential factor) the biggest occurrencedelay, thus providing recommendations regarding the importance of regular Customs training for employees.
