Abstract
PT Beras SEMBUH PADI merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang ada di Sembuh
Wetan, Sidokarto, Godean sebagai perusahaan pemasok beras. PT Beras SEMBUH
PADI memiliki armada angkut barang dengan kapasitas tertentu untuk melayani
pengiriman kepada konsumen. Permasalahan terjadi ketika pertimbangan
melakukan distribusi beras kepada konsumen hanya mengandalkan perkiraan
pengemudi untuk memperhitungkan efisiensi rute yang dilewati. Ketika rute yang
dilewati kurang efisien maka akan mempengaruhi biaya transportasi. Permasalahan
ini termasuk dalam Travel Salesman Problem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengurangi jarak tempuh dan meminimalkan biaya, waktu pengiriman, dan
mengurangi kemungkinan kesalahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Cheapest
Insertion Heuristic dan Nearest Neighbor yang kemudian dilakukan perbandingan.
Berdasarkan dengan hasil penelitian, pengukuran matriks jarak dilakukan
menggunakan google maps dan google earth. Terdapat 11 lokasi pada pengiriman
pendistribusian penentuan rute jarak berdasarkan Cheapest Insertion Heuristic 49,7
km, sementara berdasarkan perhitungan Nearest Neighbor 46,2 km.

PT Beras SEMBUH PADI has a freight fleet with a certain capacity to serve deliveries to consumers. The problem occurs when considerations for distributing rice to consumers only rely on driver estimates to calculate the efficiency of the route passed. When the route passed is less efficient, it will affect transportation costs. This problem is included in the Travel Salesman Problem (TSP). This study aims to reduce travel distance and minimize costs, delivery time, and reduce the possibility of error. This study uses the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) and Nearest Neighbor (NN) methods which are then compared. Based on the results of the study, distance matrix measurements were carried out using Google Maps and Google Earth. There are 11 locations in the distribution of route determination based on the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic 49.7 km, while based on the Nearest Neighbor calculation 46.2 km.
