Abstract
PT Widodo Karya Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan yang berlokasi di Pati yang
bergerak di bidang kontruksi dengan spesialisasi pemasangan perancah atau
bekisting. Hingga saat ini perusahaan masih belum mengetahui preferensi rute dan
biaya operasional kendaraan yang dikeluarkan untuk mendistribusikan barang dari
Gudang Pusat Pati menuju proyek tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
rute dan biaya operasional kendaraan sehingga dapat meminimalkan Biaya
Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) yang dikeluarkan. Penelitian ini memperhitungkan
BOK dari first mile menuju last mile bantuan metode Pacific Consultant
International yakni membandingkan BOK jalan tol dan jalan non tol selanjutnya
dilakukan perhitungan BOK dari hasil optimasi rute menggunakan metode Nearest
Insertion dan Nearest Neighbour, sehingga dari perhitungan tersebut dapat
diketahui BOK total dari Gudang Pusat Pati (first mile) menuju proyek tujuan (last
mile). Hasil perhitungan BOK jalan tol dan jalan non tol menunjukan bahwa biaya
jalan non tol lebih direkomendasikan dikarenakan pengeluaran biaya lebih sedikit
yakni sebesar Rp 794.404 dibandingkan untuk BOK jalan tol yakni Rp 934.443.
BOK jalan tol memiliki biaya yang lebih tinggi dikarenakan terdapat biaya tol.
Selain itu juga didapatkan rute optimal menuju 8 proyek dengan menggunakan
Nearest Neighbour dan didapatkan rute dengan jarak 131 km dibandingkan dengan
Nearest Insertion yang mendapatkan jarak rute sebesar 198 km.

Until now the company still does not know the route preferences and vehicle operating costs incurred to distribute goods from the Pati Central Warehouse to the destination project. This study aims to determine the route and vehicle operating costs so as to minimize the Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK) incurred. This study calculates the BOK from the first mile to the last mile with the help of the Pacific Consultant International method, which compares the BOK of toll roads and non-toll roads, then calculates the BOK from the route optimization results using the Nearest Insertion and Nearest Neighbor methods, so that from these calculations the total BOK from the Pati Central Warehouse (first mile) to the destination project (last mile) can be known. The results of the calculation of BOK for toll roads and non- toll roads show that the cost of non-toll roads is more recommended because it costs less, which is Rp 794,404 compared to the BOK for toll roads, which is Rp 934,443. The toll road BOK has a higher cost because there is a toll fee. In addition, the optimal route to 8 projects is also obtained using Nearest Neighbor and a route with a distance of 131 km is obtained compared to Nearest Insertion which gets a route distance of 198 km.
