Abstract
PT Ekadharma International adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada sektor
industri yang berfokus pada produk selotip. Semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan
konsumen akan mempengaruhi faktor biaya pengiriman. Penelitian ini menggunakan
analisis penentuan panjang rute, biaya pengiriman, dan membandingkan hasil eksisting
dengan hasil BOK dengan metode PCI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis
penerapan Metode PCI untuk memperoleh rekomendasi biaya pengiriman di PT
Ekadharma International dan membandingan dengan tarif satu kali rute perusahaan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa panjang rute adalah sepanjang 36,5
kilometer sehingga dihasilkan perhitungan BOK bahwa biaya tarif yang paling
minimum dengan rute jalan non tol adalah adalah Rp4.910 pada kecepatan 50 km/jam.
Akan tetapi karena jalur distribusi termasuk dalam jalan kolektor maka kecepatan yang
memungkinkan adalah Rp5.339 pada kecepatan 40 km/jam. Perbandingan biaya
pengiriman pada kondisi eksisting yang ada pada PT Ekadharma International per
kilometer yaitu Rp8.767 dan pada satu kali rute Rp320.000. Sedangkan setelah
diterapkan penentuan tarif berdasarkan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan diperoleh biaya
transportasi per kilometer yaitu Rp5.339 dan pada satu kali rute sebesar Rp195.000
sehingga terjadi penurunan biaya pengiriman adalah sebesar Rp125.000.

The increasing needs of consumers will affect the shipping cost factor so that it affects the company's operations. This study uses an analysis of determining route length, shipping costs, and comparing existing results with the results of BOK with the PCI method. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the PCI Method to obtain recommendations for shipping costs at PT Ekadharma International and compare with the company's one-time route rates. Meanwhile, after applying tariff determination based on Vehicle Operating Costs, the transportation cost per kilometer is Rp5,339 and on one route of Rp195,000 so that there is a decrease in shipping costs of Rp125,000.
