Abstract

Kegiatan operasional gudang berperan penting dalam mendukung efisiensi rantai
pasok, namun tidak terlepas dari risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja logistik
secara keseluruhan. Salah satunya adalah perusahaan PT ABCD yang bergerak di
bidang produksi dan distribusi produk perekat dan memiliki permasalahan di gudang
distribusi berupa penurunan kualitas produk dan kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko operasional dalam pengelolaan gudang distribusi
PT ABCD serta merancang strategi mitigasi yang tepat untuk menanggulangi
dampaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode House of Risk dalam dua fase. Fase
pertama dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi 16 kejadian risiko dan 16 agen risiko, yang
selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential. Hasil perhitungan
menunjukkan terdapat 11 agen risiko prioritas yang berkontribusi terhadap lebih dari
80% potensi risiko, di mana infrastruktur gudang tidak terawat dengan kode (A5)
merupakan agen risiko dengan nilai ARP tertinggi. Fase kedua dilakukan untuk
merancang 12 strategi mitigasi prioritas, berdasarkan pendekatan rasio dari total
efektivitas berdasarkan tingkat kesulitan penerapan strategi mitigasi. Strategi utama
dengan ranking tertinggi yang dihasilkan adalah melakukan perawatan berkala
terhadap infrastruktur gudang guna meminimalkan dampak kerusakan yang berulang
dan menjaga kualitas barang dengan kode (PA1).

Uncontrolled Keywords: Warehouse operations play a critical role in supporting supply chain efficiency but are vulnerable to risks that may affect overall logistics performance. One such company is PT ABCD, which operates in the production and distribution of adhesive products and faces issues in its distribution warehouse, including a decline in product quality and workplace accidents.This study aims to analyze operational risks in the distribution warehouse of PT ABCD and design appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. The research applies the House of Risk method in two phases. The first phase identifies 16 risk events and 16 risk agents, analyzed using the Aggregate Risk Potential approach. The results reveal 11 prioritized risk agents contributing to over 80% of the total risk potential, with poorly maintained warehouse infrastructure (coded A5) identified as the highest-priority agent. The second phase develops 12 prioritized mitigation strategies based on the Effectiveness to Difficulty Ratio. The main strategy recommended with the highest rank is performing regular maintenance of warehouse infrastructure to prevent recurring damages and maintain product quality (coded PA1).
