Abstract
Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Bira merupakan salah satu simpul transportasi penting
yang melayani distribusi logistik antar pulau di kawasan Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi
Tenggara, dan Nusa Tenggara Timur. Keberadaan pelabuhan ini didukung oleh
lokasi yang strategis, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala terkait kelayakan
fasilitas wilayah daratan yang berdampak pada kepuasan pengguna jasa angkutan
barang. Permasalahan yang muncul meliputi keterbatasan area parkir siap muat,
ketidakteraturan arus kendaraan, tidak berfungsinya jembatan timbang, serta belum
tersedianya fasilitas keselamatan yang optimal bagi kendaraan angkutan barang.
Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa
angkutan barang terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas wilayah daratan serta
memberikan solusi prioritas perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran
tingkat kepuasan dengan pendekatan Service Quality (Servqual) serta penentuan
prioritas perbaikan dengan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Secara
keseluruhan, rata-rata nilai gap dari kelima dimensi adalah -0,72, yang artinya
pengguna jasa angkutan barang masih belum puas sepenuhnya terhadap kualitas
fasilitas wilayah daratan yang ada.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | Bira Ferry Port is one of the important transportation hubs that serves inter-island logistics distribution in the South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and East Nusa Tenggara regions. The existence of this port is supported by a strategic location, but it still faces various obstacles related to the adequacy of land area facilities that have an impact on the satisfaction of users of goods transportation services. The problems that arise include limited parking areas ready to load, irregular vehicle flow, non-functioning weighbridges, and the unavailability of optimal safety facilities for goods transportation vehicles. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of users of goods transportation services towards the quality of services and land area facilities and provide priority solutions for improvement. This study uses a measurement of the level of satisfaction with the Service Quality (Servqual) approach and determination of improvement priorities with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Overall, the average gap value of the five dimensions is -0.72, which means that users of goods transportation services are still not fully satisfied with the quality of existing land area facilities.
