Abstract
UPPKB Bertais merupakan unit pelaksana penimbangan yang berada di bawah
naungan BPTD Kelas II Nusa Tenggara Barat. UPPKB Bertais menerapkan dan
mengimplementasikan sistem Jembatan Timbang Online yang merupakan salah
satu sistem signifikan dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional. Oleh karena itu,
penting untuk melakukan perhitungan mengenai tingkat efektivitas maupun nilai
kepuasan pengguna dari sistem Jembatan Timbang Online. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana pengaruh sistem ini terhadap operasional
UPPKB Bertais. Metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini
meliputi wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Wawancara dilakukan pada
pengemudi kendaraan angkutan barang dan pegawai UPPKB Bertais selaku
pengguna dari sistem Jembatan Timbang Online. Jumlah responden penelitian
terdiri dari 100 responden dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan PIECES Framework
dan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan
aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel PIECES
berpengaruh terhadap pengawasan kendaraan angkutan barang secara positif dan
signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, nilai kepuasan pengguna dari sistem Jembatan
Timbang Online mencapai angka 4,07 hingga 4,26 yang menunjukkan kriteria Puas
sampai Sangat Puas serta analisis efektivitas yang mencapai angka 81% sampai
85% dengan seluruhnya memiliki kategori Sangat Efektif.

Overall, the user satisfaction score of the Online Weighbridge system reached 4.07 to 4.26, indicating the criteria of satisfied to very satisfied, and the effectiveness analysis reached 81% to 85%, with all of them in the very effective category.
