Abstract
CV Tirta Tamanbali merupakan perusahaan air minum dalam kemasan
(AMDK) yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bangli, Bali, dan melayani 7 distributor tetap
yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah. Distribusi air minum NONMIN dilakukan
menggunakan armada Truk Colt Diesel dan Mitsubishi Box dengan kapasitas dan
permintaan yang berbeda-beda. Saat ini, pengiriman hanya dilakukan ke satu titik
tujuan untuk setiap armada tanpa mempertimbangkan efisiensi transportasi. Hal ini
menyebabkan jarak tempuh menjadi tidak optimal dan berdampak pada tingginya
biaya distribusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan rute terpendek guna
meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah algoritma Clarke and Wright Saving dan Nearest Neighbor. Matriks jarak
antar lokasi diperoleh melalui estimasi bantuan aplikasi Google Maps, kemudian
diolah untuk menghitung matriks penghematan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa metode Clarke and Wright Saving menghasilkan total jarak tempuh sebesar
257 km, sedangkan metode Nearest Neighbor menghasilkan jarak tempuh sebesar
248,8 km. Ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Nearest Neighbor dipilih karena
menghasilkan total jarak tempuh terpendek dan mampu menghemat jarak tempuh
hingga 37,32 %, sehingga dianggap optimal untuk dijadikan rute terpendek dalam
pendistribusian air minum NONMIN pada CV Tirta Tamanbali.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | CV Tirta Tamanbali is a bottled drinking water (AMDK) company located in Bangli Regency, Bali, and serves 7 permanent distributors spread across various regions. Distribution of NONMIN drinking water is carried out using a fleet of Colt Diesel and Mitsubishi Box trucks with different capacities and demands. Currently, delivery is only carried out to one destination point for each fleet without considering transportation efficiency. This causes the distance to be suboptimal and has an impact on high distribution costs. This study aims to determine the shortest route to improve distribution efficiency. The methods used in this study are the Clarke and Wright Saving and Nearest Neighbor algorithms. The distance matrix between locations is obtained through estimation with the help of the Google Maps application, then processed to calculate the savings matrix. The results of the study show that the Clarke and Wright Saving method produces a total distance of 257 km, while the Nearest Neighbor method produces a distance of 248.8 km. This shows that the Nearest Neighbor method was chosen because it produces the shortest total distance and is able to save up to 37.32% of the distance, so it is considered optimal to be used as the shortest route in the distribution of NONMIN drinking water at CV Tirta Tamanbali.
