Abstract

Dalam industri logistik, efisiensi rute pengiriman merupakan faktor kritis untuk
mengurangi biaya operasional dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Permasalahan
seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, variasi volume pengiriman, dan kondisi lalu
lintas yang dinamis sering menjadi kendala dalam distribusi barang. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis rute pengiriman barang Perusahaan menggunakan
metode Traveling Salesaman Problem dengan bantuan Solver excel dan pemetaan
Google Map untuk meminimalkan jarak tempuhdan biaya operasional. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan menggabungkan oendekatan kuantitatif dan studi kasus
Data primer diperoleh dari observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan pihak
Perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode Traveling Salesman
Problem. Untuk menganalisis jarak antar 10 titik Lokasi distribusi utama
Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan TSP berhasil
mengurangi total jarak pengiriman dari 1.473 km menjadi 1.315 km, dengan

efisiensi sebesar 10,7%. Rute yang dihasilkan setelah analisis adalah: Medan-
Labusel-Balam-Baganbatu-Pekanbaru-Duri-Dumai-Batubara-Medan. Selain itu,

Analisis rute ini juga berdampak langsung pada penurunan biaya operasioanl
pengiriman, di mana biaya yang sebelumnya Rp7.392.738 setelah dilakukan
analisis turun menjadi Rp6.113.367 biaya operasional turun sebesar 17%.

Uncontrolled Keywords: In the logistics industry, delivery route efficiency is a critical factor in reducing operational costs and increasing productivity. Issues such as infrastructure limitations, delivery volume variations, and dynamic traffic conditions often pose obstacles to goods distribution. Logistics companies face challenges in analyzing delivery routes. This study aims to analyze the company's shipping routes using the Traveling Salesman Problem method with the help of Excel Solver and Google Maps mapping to minimize travel distance and operational costs. The research method used combines a quantitative approach and case studies. Primary data was obtained from field observations and interviews with company officials. The analysis was conducted by applying the Traveling Salesman Problem method to calculate the shortest distance between the company's 10 main distribution points. The results of the study show that the application of TSP successfully reduced the total delivery distance from 1,473 km to 1,315 km, with an efficiency of 10.7%. The route generated after optimization is: Medan-Labusel-Balam-Baganbatu- Pekanbaru-Duri-Dumai-Batubara-Medan. Additionally, this route analysis directly impacted a reduction in operational shipping costs, where the previous cost of Rp7,392,738 decreased to Rp6,113,367 after analysis, resulting in a 17% reduction in operational costs.
