Abstract
Hasil observasi lapangan pada jasa ekspedisi menunjukkan bahwa proses
sortir dalam last mile logistic hingga kini masih dilakukan secara manual oleh kurir
disaat lonjakan pengiriman terus terjadi. Kondisi ini menimbulkan berbagai
permasalahan seperti keterlambatan pengiriman, kesalahan alamat tujuan dan
kelelahan tenaga kerja. Sebagai solusinya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang
dan menguji purwarupa alat sortir otomatis berbasis QR Code. Alat ini dirancang
menggunakan microcontroller ESP32, QR Code reader, motor servo, dan conveyor.
Perangkat lunak dikembangkan dengan Arduino IDE dan terintegrasi dengan
Google Sheets untuk pencatatan data secara real-time. Hasil perbandingan sistem
sortir manual dan sistem sortir otomatis menunjukkan keandalan sistem sortir
otomatis. Sistem sortir manual dapat menyortir 250 paket dalam satu jam sementara
sistem sortir otomatis dapat menyortir 495 paket dalam satu jam dengan tingkat
error tertinggi 2%.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | The results of field observations at expedition services show that the sorting process in last mile logistics is still done manually by couriers when the surge in shipments continues to occur. This condition causes various problems such as delivery delays, destination address errors and labor fatigue. As a solution, this research aims to design and test a prototype QR Code-based automatic sorting tool. This tool is designed using ESP32 microcontroller, QR Code reader, servo motor, and conveyor. The software is developed with Arduino IDE and integrated with Google Sheets for real-time data recording. The comparison results of the manual sorting system and the automatic sorting system show the reliability of the automatic sorting system. The manual sorting system can sort 250 packages in one hour while the automatic sorting system can sort 495 packages in one hour with the highest error rate of 2%.
