Abstract

Pelabuhan memiliki peran strategis dalam sistem logistik nasional, dan efisiensi
operasionalnya sangat mempengaruhi kelancaran distribusi barang. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja operasional bongkar muat di Pelabuhan
Sunda Kelapa, termasuk pemanfaatan fasilitas dan produktivitas crane, serta
mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang dapat menghambat kegiatan operasional
bongkar muat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kuantitatif
dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara serta studi
literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produktivitas bongkar
muat berdasarkan Ton/Gang/Hour (T/G/H) mencapai 30,26 yang mencerminkan
efisiensi kerja yang cukup baik. Produktivitas Box/Crane/Hour (B/C/H) dan
Box/Ship/Hour (B/S/H) menunjukkan fluktuasi dan penurunan kinerja pada bulan
maret 2025. Untuk Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) Jetty tercatat mencapai 72%,
continuous berth 57%, dan susun sirih hanya 7%. sementara Yard occupancy Ratio
(YOR) mencapai 80%. Analisis Berth Troughtput (BTP) menunjukkan angka
konsisten sebesar 33,83 TEUs per meter dermaga. Kendala utama yang ditemukan
meliputi kerusakan alat bongkar muat, cuaca buruk, keterlambatan truk dan
muatan, serta ketidaksiapan barang. Selain itu, hanya 60% crane yang dapat
beroperasi karena lemahnya perawatan preventif.

Uncontrolled Keywords: Ports have a strategic role in the national logistics system, and their operational efficiency greatly affects the smooth distribution of goods. This study aims to analyze the operational performance of loading and unloading at Sunda Kelapa Port, including the utilization of crane facilities and productivity, and to find out what factors can hinder loading and unloading operations. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the average loading and unloading productivity based on Ton/Gang/Hour (T/G/H) reached 30.26 which reflects a fairly good work efficiency. Box/Crane/Hour (B/C/H) and Box/Ship/Hour (B/S/H) productivity showed fluctuations and decreased performance in March 2025. The Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) of the Jetty was recorded at 72%, continuous berth 57%, and betel stacking only 7%. while the Yard occupancy Ratio (YOR) reached 80%. Berth Troughtput (BTP) analysis showed a consistent figure of 33.83 TEUs per meter of quay. The main obstacles found include damage to loading and unloading equipment, bad weather, truck and cargo delays, and unprepared goods. In addition, only 60% of the cranes were operational due to poor preventive maintenance.
