Abstract

CV Dewi Starindo merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam
industri produksi biji kopi yaitu robusta dan arabika menjadi bubuk kopi murni
maupun campuran. Sebagai industri yang mengutamakan kualitas dan
keberlanjutan produk CV Dewi Starindo menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam
mengelola risiko operasionalnya. Saat ini perusahaan mengalami penurunan target
produksi serta permasalahan terkait keselamatan kerja dalam kegiatan operasional.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko-risiko yang terjadi dalam
proses operasional perusahaan serta merumuskan strategi pengendalian risiko guna
mengelola dan mengatasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Enterprise Risk
Management (ERM) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 16 risiko dalam 6 kategori meliputi risiko sumber
daya manusia, produktivitas, proses, sistem, lingkungan serta reputasi yang
berpotensi menghambat operasional CV Dewi Starindo. Pengendalian risiko
dilakukan melalui koordinasi manajemen yang efektif dan pengawasan yang ketat
dari pihak manajemen guna memastikan implementasi pengelolaan risiko berjalan
dengan optimal.

Uncontrolled Keywords: CV Dewi Starindo is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of coffee beans, namely robusta and arabica, into pure and mixed coffee powder. As an industry that prioritizes product quality and sustainability, CV Dewi Starindo faces various challenges in managing its operational risks. Currently, the company is experiencing a decrease in production targets and problems related to work safety in operational activities. This study aims to identify the risks that occur in the company's operational processes and formulate risk control strategies to manage and overcome them. The method used is Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that there are 16 risks in 6 categories including human resources, productivity, process, system, environment and reputation risks that have the potential to hamper the operations of CV Dewi Starindo. Risk control is carried out through effective management coordination and strict supervision from management to ensure the implementation of risk management runs optimally.
