Abstract
PT Astra International TBK-Regional Depo Tabanan merupakan penyalur
tunggal perlengkapan suku cadang yang melayani kebutuhan outlet di wilayah Bali
hingga Nusa Tenggara Barat. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan
terdapat pada proses pendistribusian produk menuju konsumen, khususnya pada
rute dengan nomor kode wilayah DK2. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pemilihan rute
distribusi yang selama ini hanya menggunakan Google Maps tanpa melalui proses
optimasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kembali rute angkutan barang
yang lebih optimal dengan meminimalkan waktu tempuh perjalanan. Parameter
yang digunakan dalam analisis mencakup waktu perjalanan, jarak tempuh, dan
biaya bahan bakar yang dikeluarkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Nearest
Insertion Heuristic dan penggunaan Software Lindo 6.1 yang nantinya akan
dilakukan perbandingan dari masing-masing rute yang dihasilkan untuk memilih
rute yang paling optimal. Untuk mendapatkan data waktu tempuh sebenarnya maka
dilakukan survei dinamis dengan mengikuti kendaraan angkutan barang. Hasil
penelitian menunjukan bahwa rute optimal yang diperoleh melalui metode Nearest
Insertion Heuristic memberikan efisiensi waktu tempuh yang lebih baik
dibandingkan dengan rute perusahaan saat ini.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | PT Astra International TBK-Regional Depot Tabanan is a sole distributor of spare parts equipment that serves the needs of outlets in the Bali region to West Nusa Tenggara. The main problem faced by the company is in the process of distributing products to consumers, especially on routes with DK2 area code numbers. This is caused by the selection of distribution routes that have been from Google Maps without going through the optimization process. This study aims to redetermine a more optimal freight route by minimizing travel time. The parameters used in the analysis include travel time, distance traveled, and fuel costs incurred. The method used is Nearest Insertion Heuristic and the use of Lindo 6.1 Siftware which will later be compared from each route generated to choose the most optimal route. To obtain existing travel time data, a dynamic survey was conducted by following freight vehicles. The results showed that the optimal route obtained through the Nearest Insertion Heuristic method provides better travel time efficiency compared to the company's existing route.
