Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi dalam sektor
transportasi, termasuk sistem pengawasan kendaraan bermuatan lebih pada Unit
Pelaksana Penimbangan Kendaraan Bermotor (UPPKB). Pemerintah
mengimplementasikan Sistem Jembatan Timbang Online (JTO) guna meningkatkan
efisiensi dan transparansi pengawasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi
pengaruh penggunaan JTO terhadap kinerja pegawai UPPKB serta mengetahui tingkat
penerimaan sistem berdasarkan persepsi kegunaan (Perceived Usefulness) dan
kemudahan penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use). Metode yang digunakan adalah
kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh populasi
pegawai UPPKB Nunbaun Sabu sejumlah 30 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan
uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, serta uji hipotesis
dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel PU berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (nilai koefisien 0,928; sig. 0,000),
sedangkan variabel PEOU justru menunjukkan pengaruh negatif (nilai koefisien -
0,074; sig. 0,004). Secara simultan, keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja
pegawai (F hitung = 1452,479; sig. 0,000). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar
0,991 menunjukkan bahwa 99,1% variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua
variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerimaan sistem JTO lebih
ditentukan oleh persepsi manfaatnya dibandingkan kemudahannya. Penelitian ini
memberikan implikasi penting bagi optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi dalam
pengawasan transportasi darat.

Uncontrolled Keywords: The advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed the transportation sector, including the monitoring of overloaded vehicles at Weigh Station Operational Units (UPPKB). To enhance efficiency and transparency in vehicle inspection, the government has implemented the Online Weighbridge System (JTO). This study aims to evaluate the impactof JTO usage on employee performance at UPPKB and assess system acceptance based on Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU). The research adopts a quantitative method with a survey approach, distributing questionnaires to the entire population of 30 employees at UPPKB Nunbaun Sabu. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with SPSS software. The results indicate that PU has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (coefficient = 0.928; sig. = 0.000), while PEOU shows a negative effect (coefficient = -0.074; sig. = 0.004). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance (F = 1452.479; sig. = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.991 reveals that 99.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by PU and PEOU. These findings emphasize that system acceptance is more strongly driven by perceived usefulness than ease of use. This research provides essential insights for optimizing digital system implementation in road transport monitoring.
