Abstract
Ketidakefektifan rute distribusi dapat meningkatkan biaya operasional
akibat jarak tempuh yang panjang, konsumsi bahan bakar yang tinggi, dan
pemanfaatan kapasitas kendaraan yang tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
merancang aplikasi penentuan rute distribusi logistik dengan menggabungkan
algoritma Ant Colony Optimization dan metode Capacitated Vehicle Routing
Problem, serta aplikasi perhitungan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan Pacific
Consultan International. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan bertujuan untuk mengurangi
biaya operasional, mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan kendaraan, serta memanfaatkan
teknologi secara efektif dalam industri logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa biaya distribusi menggunakan Microsoft Excel adalah Rp 962.882,
sedangkan dengan aplikasi berbasis CVRP dan BOK PCI, biaya distribusi
berkurang menjadi Rp 868.295, memberikan penghematan sebesar Rp 94.587.
Aplikasi ini berhasil menghemat jarak tempuh sebesar 128,03 km, dengan
pengurangan biaya sebesar 39,08% dibandingkan dengan kondisi eksisting. Jarak
pada kondisi eksisting adalah 327,6 km, sedangkan jarak pada aplikasi berbasis
CVRP dan BOK PCI hanya 199,57 km. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa
pemanfaatan teknologi dalam logistik dapat mengatasi tantangan operasional,
seperti kapasitas kendaraan yang terbatas dan pemilihan rute yang lebih efisien.

This application successfully saved a distance of 128.03 km, with a cost reduction of 39.08% compared to the existing conditions. The distance in the existing condition is 327.6 km, while the distance in the CVRP and BOK PCI-based application is only 199.57 km. This research also proves that using technology in logistics can overcome operational challenges, such as limited vehicle capacity and capacity and more efficient route selection.
