Abstract

Pabrik II PT Karya Pak Oles Tokcer merupakan perusahaan yang
memproduksi minyak oles bokashi dengan bahan baku utama berupa minyak
kelapa. Pengelolaan persediaan yang masih bersifat konvensional menyebabkan
pembelian dalam jumlah besar tanpa mempertimbangkan kapasitas gudang,
sehingga menimbulkan risiko penumpukan, peningkatan biaya penyimpanan, dan
kerusakan bahan baku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi metode
pengendalian persediaan yang paling efisien di antara metode Economic Order
Quantity (EOQ), Min-Max Stock, serta kebijakan yang saat ini diterapkan oleh
perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan
dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode EOQ menghasilkan
kuantitas pemesanan optimal minyak kelapa sebesar 1.353 liter, frekuensi
pemesanan 16 kali, safety stock 58 liter, reorder point 403 liter, dan total biaya
persediaan sebesar Rp. 2.235.094,-. Sementara itu, metode Min-Max Stock
memberikan hasil safety stock sebesar 142 liter, minimum inventory 442 liter,
maximum inventory 742 liter, kuantitas pemesanan 600 liter, frekuensi pemesanan
36 kali, reorder point 442 liter, dan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp 3.015.600,-.
Jika dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan yang menghasilkan total biaya
persediaan sebesar Rp. 20.604.000,-, maka metode EOQ menunjukkan efisiensi
tertinggi dengan potensi penghematan biaya sebesar Rp 18.368.906,- atau sebesar
89,15%. Dengan demikian, metode EOQ direkomendasikan sebagai strategi
pengelolaan persediaan yang optimal untuk perusahaan.
