Abstract

Pada saat ini, kebutuhan akan sistem pergudangan yang modern menjadi
semakin mendesak, terutama di perusahaan retail yang masih menggunakan
pencatatan manual. Toko Bangunan Versi menjadi salah satu contoh perusahaan
yang masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual. Proses operasional seperti
penerimaan, pengeluaran, dan pengembalian barang, masih dilakukan secara
terpisah dan belum terkoneksi dalam satu sistem. Masalah tidak terkoneksi data
logistik juga berdampak besar pada efektivitas pengawasan. Sistem Informasi
Pergudangan Inovatif (SIRAPI) dirancang sebagai solusi digital yang mampu
mengintegrasikan seluruh aktivitas pergudangan dalam satu platform terpadu.
SIRAPI dibuat dengan tujuan dapat di implementasikan dengan baik. Toko
Bangunan Versi menjadi objek penelitian, di mana nanti data gudangnya akan
diimplementasikan pada SIRAPI. SIRAPI dibuat menggunakan metode Waterfall,
dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pembuatan sistem menggunakan Python, validasi,
dan implementasi Dari implementasi yang dilakukan menggunakan data barang
masuk dan keluar. Diketahui bahwa SIRAPI dapat digunakan sebagai sistem
informasi pergudangan yang membantu memantau pencatatan dan pemantauan
barang masuk dan keluar secara real-time.

Uncontrolled Keywords: At present, the need for a modern warehouse management system is becoming increasingly urgent, especially in retail companies that still rely on manual record- keeping. Toko Bangunan Versi is one example of a company that continues to use a manual recording system. Operational processes such as receiving, issuing, and returning goods are still carried out separately and are not yet integrated into a single system. The lack of connectivity in logistics data also significantly affects the effectiveness of supervision. The Innovative Warehouse Information System (SIRAPI) is designed as a digital solution capable of integrating all warehouse activities into a unified platform. SIRAPI is developed with the aim of being implemented effectively. Toko Bangunan Versi is used as the research object, where its warehouse data will later be implemented in SIRAPI. SIRAPI is built using the Waterfall method, starting from the planning stage, system development using Python, validation, and implementation. The implementation is carried out using data on incoming and outgoing goods. It is found that SIRAPI can be used as a warehouse information system that helps monitor and record the movement of goods in and out in real-time.
