Abstract
Kecamatan Muncar merupakan wilayah penghasil ikan, menjadi pusat
perikanan tangkap yang terus meningkat yang menyebabkan adanya permasalahan
penyimpanan ikan segar yang terbatas. Tempat penyimpanan ikan dinamankan
gudang berpendingin (cold storage) yang berguna menjaga kesegaran dan kualitas
ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan lokasi potensial pembangunan gudang
berpendingin di Kecamatan Muncar Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode penelitian
dalam penelitian ini yakni overlay pada software QGIS dengan tiga kriteria utama
yaitu kawasan terbuka, kawasan industri, dan kawasan pemukiman dan
menggunakan metode Composite Performance Index (CPI) dengan kriteria
aksesibilitas, kinerja ruas jalan, biaya investasi, dan kelestarian lingkungan. Hasil
rekomendasi pada penentuan lokasi potensial pembangunan gudang berpendingin
(cold storage) di Kecamatan Muncar didapatkan bahwa rekomendasi lokasi
potensial pembangunan menggunakan metode overlay mendapatkan 2 lokasi
terbaik. lokasi potensial 1 di ruas jalan Gumuk Kantong dengan nilai 0,60 dan lokasi
potensial 2 di ruas jalan Kedungrejo dengan nilai 0,51. Perangkingan dari metode
Composite Performance Index (CPI) dari lokasi 2 lokasi rekomendasi metode
overlay diketahui bahwa lokasi potensial 1 di ruas jalan Gumuk Kantong
memperoleh nilai akhir sebesar 182,89 dan lokasi potensial 2 di ruas jalan
Kedungrejo dengan nilai perhitungan akhir sebesar 227,95. Rekomendasi lokasi
potensial 2 di ruas jalan Kedungrejo merupakan lokasi terbaik sebagai lokasi
pembangungan gudang berpendingin di Kecamatan Muncar Kabupaten
Banyuwangi.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | Muncar District is a fish-producing area, becoming a center for capture fisheries that continues to increase which causes problems with limited storage of fresh fish. The fish storage area is called a cold storage which is useful for maintaining the freshness and quality of fish. This study aims to determine the potential location of the construction of a refrigerated warehouse in Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method in this study is an overlay on QGIS software with three main criteria, namely open areas, industrial estates, and residential areas and uses the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method with the criteria of accessibility, road performance, investment costs, and environmental sustainability. The results of the recommendations in determining the potential location for the construction of cold storage warehouses in Muncar District were found that the recommendations for potential development locations using the overlay method obtained 2 best locations. Potential location 1 on the Gumuk Kantong road section with a value of 0.60 and potential location 2 on the Kedungrejo road section with a value of 0.51. The ranking of the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method from the location of 2 locations of the overlay method recommendation is known that potential location 1 on the Gumuk Kantong road section obtained a final score of 182.89 and potential location 2 on the Kedungrejo road section with a final calculation value of 227.95. Recommended potential location 2 on the Kedungrejo road section is the best location as a location for the construction of a refrigerated warehouse in Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency.
