Abstract

Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sanjiwani merupakan perusahaan yang berfokus
pada sektor industri pangan yang memproduksi Air Minum Dalam Kemasan
(AMDK). Permintaan cup 240 ml dipengaruhi oleh intensitas pelaksanaan upacara
adat di Bali pada periode tertentu. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap perencanaan
kebutuhan bahan baku yang mengalami risiko ketidakpastian. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk merencanakan pengendalian bahan baku cup 240 ml dengan biaya
persediaan minimum untuk tahun berikutnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah membandingkan antara kondisi aktual perusahaan, metode
continuous review, dan metode periodic review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa metode peramalan terbaik untuk perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku adalah
holt-winter multiplicative model dengan kebutuhan setiap bahan baku yaitu cup
banyak 1.761.742 pcs, kardus sebanyak 38.991 lbr, lid cup sebanyak 103 roll, dan
sedotan sebanyak 1.621.901 pcs. Metode pengendalian persediaan terbaik adalah
menggunakan metode continuous review yang menghasilkan efisiensi biaya sebesar
11%. Total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk tahun berikutnya
menggunakan metode continuous review adalah sebesar Rp338.234.271.

The demand for 240 ml cups is influenced by the intensity of implementing traditional ceremonies in Bali during a certain period. This affects the planning of raw material requirements that are subject to the risk of uncertainty. This study aims to plan the control of 240 ml cup raw materials with minimum inventory costs for the following year. The method used in this research is to compare the actual conditions of the company, the continuous review method, and the periodic review method. The results showed that the best forecasting method for planning raw material requirements was the Holt- Winter multiplicative model, with the need for each raw material, namely cups of 1,761,742 pcs, cardboard boxes of 38,991 lbr, cup lids of 103 rolls, and straws of 1,621,901 pcs. The best inventory control method is the continuous review method, which results in a cost efficiency of 11%. The total inventory cost incurred by the company for the following year using the continuous review method is IDR 338,234,271.
