Abstract
Sistem antrean manual yang digunakan di Unit Pelayanan Teknis Pengujian
Kendaraan Bermotor Kulon Progo menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan, seperti
antrean yang tidak teratur, kesalahan pencatatan dan pelayanan yang kurang efektif.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem antrean
digital berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan edukasi keselamatan berkendara
melalui QR Code. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development
(R&D) dengan pendekatan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development,
Implementation, Evaluation). Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi
Node.js, Next.js, dan PostgreSQL. Fitur utama meliputi pengambilan nomor antrean
digital, pencetakan nomor antrean dengan QR Code yang berisi materi edukasi uji
berkala dan keselamatan berkendara. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengujian black
box dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan 62 responden. Hasil
pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi berjalan dengan baik dan nilai rata-
rata SUS sebesar 78,10 termasuk dalam kategori “Good”. Selain itu, penilaian
efektivitas melalui kuesioner kepada 26 responden memperoleh rata-rata skor 90,79
yang masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sistem
mampu mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, menghilangkan antrean ganda, dan
memperjelas urutan antrean. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi adaptasi pengguna
terhadap teknologi baru dan keterbatasan perangkat penunjang seperti PC
touchscreen. Meskipun demikian, sistem ini dinilai layak untuk diimplementasikan
lebih lanjut karena mampu meningkatkan efektivitas layanan dan menyampaikan
edukasi secara praktis kepada masyarakat. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat
meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang modern dan efektif di bidang pengujian
kendaraan bermotor.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | The manual queuing system used at the Vehicle Testing Technical Service Unit in Kulon Progo has caused several issues, such as disorganized queues, recording errors, and less effective service. This research aims to design and implement a digital queue system based on a website that is integrated with road safety education through QR codes. The methodology employed is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The main features include digital queue number retrieval and printing queue numbers with QR codes containing educational materials on periodic vehicle testing and road safety. Evaluation was carried out through black box testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaires with 62 respondents. The results showed that all functions operated properly, and the average SUS score was 78.10, which falls into the “Good” category. Additionally, effectiveness was assessed through a questionnaire to 26 respondents, yielding an average score of 90.79, categorized as “Very Good.” This demonstrates that the system can reduce recording errors, eliminate duplicate queues, and clarify queue order. Challenges faced included user adaptation to new technology and limitations of supporting devices such as touchscreen PCs. Despite these challenges, the system is considered feasible for further implementation because it can improve service efficiency and deliver educational content practically to the community. This system is expected to enhance modern and efficient public services in the field of vehicle testing.
