Abstract

Permasalahan utama pada Jalan Kapuas yaitu tingginya konflik antar
kendaraan, tingginya akses keluar masuk Jalan Kapuas, dan terdapat parkir di badan
jalan menyebabkan kinerja Jalan Kapuas menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui peramalan pada Jalan Kapuas yang memiliki kinerja jalan yang buruk
untuk dilakukan penanganan berupa mengurangi konflik antar kendaraan dengan
menerapkan sistem satu arah pada Jalan Kapuas. Metode yang digunakan pada
penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2023)
dan PTV Visum. Survei yang dilakukan di lapangan yaitu survei inventaris ruas
jalan, survei kecepatan ruas jalan dan survei volume ruas jalan. Waktu pelaksanaan
survei yaitu pada kondisi weekday dan weekend. Jam Sibuk pada kondisi weekday
dan weekend yaitu pada pukl 06.15-07.15 WIB dan 18.30-19.30 WIB. Derajat
kejenuhan pada Jalan Kapuas untuk kondisi eksisting wekday dan weekend sebesar
0,82 SMP/Jam dan 0,79 SMP/Jam. Setelah dilakukan rekayasa lalu lintas derajat
kejenuhan pada Jalan Kapuas 3 sebesar 0,23 SMP/Jam dan 0,34 SMP/Jam pada
kondisi weekday dan weekend. Ruas jalan yang terdampak akibat dilakukan
rekayasa lalu lintas satu arah yaitu ruas Jalan Trunojoyo, Jalan Serayu Barat, Jalan
Ciliwung, Jalan Kampar dan Jalan Asahan. Setelah dilakukan rekayasa terdapat
peningkatan pada Jalan Kapuas untuk kondisi weekday dan weekend. Maka dari itu
rekayasa lalu lintas satu arah efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja Jalan Kapuas.

Uncontrolled Keywords: The main problems on Kapuas street are high levels of conflict between vehicles, high levels of traffic entering and exiting Jalan Kapuas, and parking on the road, which causes the performance of street Kapuas to decline. This study aims to determine the forecast for Kapuas street, which has poor road performance, to be addressed by reducing conflicts between vehicles through the implementation of a one-way system on Kapuas street. The method used in this research is using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2023) and PTV Visum. Surveys conducted in the field are road section inventory surveys, road section speed surveys and road section volume surveys. The time of the survey is on weekday and weekend conditions. Busy hours on weekday and weekend conditions are at 06.15- 07.15 WIB and 18.30-19.30 WIB. The degree of saturation on Kapuas street for wekday and weekend conditions amounted to 0.82 SMP / hour and 0.79 SMP / hour. After traffic engineering, the degree of saturation on Kapuas street 3 is 0.23 SMP / hour and 0.34 SMP / hour on weekday and weekend conditions. Road sections affected by one-way traffic engineering are Trunojoyo street, Serayu Barat street, Ciliwung street, Kampar street and Asahan street. After the engineering work was carried out, there was an improvement in traffic conditions on Kapuas street on both weekdays and weekends. Therefore, the one-way traffic engineering was effective in improving the performance of Kapuas street. Keywords: Traffic Engineering, One-way System, Forecasting, PTV Visum
