Abstract
Penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pendidikan vokasi membuka peluang untuk
menciptakan media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif. Di Politeknik Transportasi
Darat Bali, praktik mata kuliah Teknik Pengujian Berkala Kendaraan Bermotor
masih menghadapi kendala keterbatasan alat dan tidak tersedianya media berbasis
simulasi. Hal ini mendorong perlunya pengembangan media pembelajaran
tambahan berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan
membangun aplikasi game interaktif berbasis Android menggunakan Unity yang
menampilkan prosedur pengoperasian alat uji berkala kendaraan bermotor. Metode
yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE.
Aplikasi dikembangkan dalam 10 level sesuai jenis alat uji, dan diuji melalui
tahapan alpha testing oleh peneliti serta beta testing oleh ahli media, ahli materi,
dan mahasiswa. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berada pada kategori
“sangat layak” berdasarkan aspek desain, alur permainan, kesesuaian materi, dan
kemudahan penggunaan. Aplikasi ini memberikan dampak positif sebagai media
pembelajaran alternatif yang dapat digunakan mahasiswa secara mandiri di luar jam
praktik, terutama ketika fasilitas dan alat pengujian tidak tersedia. Penggunaan
aplikasi ini juga mendorong inovasi dalam pembelajaran vokasi berbasis simulasi
digital yang lebih fleksibel dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Aplikasi
ini dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran tambahan untuk mendukung proses praktik
dalam kondisi terbatasnya fasilitas.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | The use of digital technology in vocational education opens up opportunities to create more interactive learning media. At Politeknik Transportasi Darat Bali, practical sessions in the Periodic Motor Vehicle Testing course still face obstacles due to limited equipment and the absence of simulation-based media. This condition encourages the development of additional digital learning media. This study aims to design and develop an interactive game application based on Android using Unity, which presents procedures for operating periodic vehicle testing equipment. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The application was developed in 10 levels, each representing a type of testing equipment, and tested through alpha testing by the researcher and beta testing by media experts, subject matter experts, and students. The results showed that the application falls into the “highly feasible” category based on design, gameplay flow, content relevance, and ease of use. This application provides a positive impact as an alternative learning media that students can use independently outside of practicum hours, especially when tools and testing facilities are limited. Its use also promotes innovation in vocational learning through digital simulation media that are more flexible and adaptive to technological advancements. Therefore, the application can serve as supplementary media to support practical learning activities under limited facility conditions. .
