Abstract

Usulan Sistem Digitalisasi Purchase Order di CV Lagas Jaya

Penelitian ini mengusulkan digitalisasi sistem pengelolaan PO di CV Lagas Jaya yang sebelumnya masih menggunakan metode manual dengan microsoft excel. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, banyak perusahaan beralih ke sistem berbasis digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Sistem manual yang digunakan oleh CV Lagas Jaya kurang optimal. Dalam rangka mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem digitalisasi PO berbasis Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) di excel. Sistem yang diusulkan akan mengotomatisasi pengelolaan data PO, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pencatatan manual, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi proses pemesanan barang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem digitalisasi PO berbasis VBA dapat mengurangi kesalahan input data, mempercepat proses pengelolaan PO, dan memastikan arsip data yang lebih terorganisir dan aman. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, CV Lagas Jaya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan PO yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual.

To address this issue, this study aims to design and implement a digital PO system based on Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in excel. The proposed system will automate the management of PO data, reduce reliance on manual recording, and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the ordering process. The results of the study show that the implementation of the VBA-based digital PO system can reduce data entry errors, speed up the PO management process, and ensure better-organized and secure data archiving. With the implementation of this system, CV Lagas Jaya can improve operational efficiency and provide convenience in managing POs that were previously done manually.
