ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN TENAGA KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE
WORKLOAD ANALYSIS PADA UPPKB SUBAH KABUPATEN BATANG

Peningkatan volume kendaraan yang masuk ke UPPKB Subah Kabupaten Batang tidak diimbangi dengan jumlah tenaga kerja yang memadai, sehingga memicu ketidakseimbangan beban kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi beban kerja dan menentukan jumlah tenaga kerja optimal menggunakan metode Workload Analysis. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data primer melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan pencatatan aktivitas harian pegawai, serta uji keseragaman dan kecukupan data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan aktivitas administrasi memiliki beban kerja relatif rendah dengan persentase 14–80%, sedangkan aktivitas operasional seperti penilangan dan pengarahan kendaraan mencapai 121%, yang mengindikasikan overload. Perhitungan Workload Analysis merekomendasikan penambahan minimal dua petugas operasional untuk menurunkan beban kerja ke rentang ideal dan menjaga efektivitas kinerja.

This study aims to analyze workload conditions and determine the optimal number of workers using the Workload Analysis method. The research method includes primary data collection through direct observation, interviews, and recording of daily employee activities, as well as data uniformity and sufficiency tests. The results of the analysis show that administrative activities have a relatively low workload with a percentage of 14-80%, while operational activities such as ticketing and directing vehicles show a workload exceeding 100%, even reaching 121%, which indicates overload. Workload Analysis calculations recommend the addition of at least two operational officers to reduce workload to the ideal range and maintain performance effectiveness. The conclusion of this study shows that redistribution of tasks and additional personnel are needed to make the workload more proportional, so that UPPKB Subah services can run optimally and the risk of fatigue on employees can be minimized.
