Abstract
Kebutuhan akan media pembelajaran yang fleksibel, mandiri, dan
kontekstual bagi penguji kendaraan bermotor mendorong pengembangan teknologi
digital berbasis visual interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan
mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis desain 3D yang dapat digunakan
sebagai alat bantu dalam memahami materi pengujian persyaratan teknis kendaraan
bermotor. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yang
mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan pengguna, desain antarmuka, pengembangan
konten visual, implementasi, dan evaluasi.
Proses analisis dilakukan dengan mengamati dan mewawancarai mahasiswa
sebagai representasi penguji kendaraan bermotor, yang telah mengikuti praktikum
serupa dengan pelatihan teknis dalam diklat. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan
perangkat lunak SketchUp dan Unity 3D, serta dilengkapi fitur interaktif seperti
rotasi objek, hightlight komponen, dan panel informasi hukum serta prosedur
pemeriksaan. Validasi dilakukan melalui metode Black Box untuk menguji
kelayakan fungsionalitas, dan uji efektivitas dilaksanakan menggunakan desain
Pretest-Posttest pada 66 responden. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test
menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi ini
efektif sebagai media pembelajaran teknis. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan secara
fleksibel oleh penguji kendaraan bermotor sebagai pendamping dalam memahami
prosedur pengujian di luar ruang diklat formal, khususnya bagi mereka yang berada
di daerah.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | The need for flexible, independent, and contextual learning media for vehicle inspectors has driven the development of digital technology based on interactive visual design. This study aims to design and develop a 3D-based interactive learning application to support understanding of vehicle technical inspection requirements. The development method used is the ADDIE model, which consist of analysis of user needs, interface design, visual content development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis process was carried out by observing and interviewing students as representative of vehicle inspectors. Based on their practical experience similar to technical training conducted in official programs. The application was developed using SketchUp and Unity 3D, and includes interactive features such as object rotation, component highlighting, and panels containing legal references and inspection procedures. Functional validation was conducted using Black Box method, while the effectiveness was tested through a Pretest-Posttest design involving 66 respondents. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test indicated a significant improvement, suggesting that this application is effective as a technical learning tool. It can be used flexibly by vehicle inspectors as a supplementary resource for understanding inspection procedures outside formal training environments, particularly for those in remote areas.
