Abstract
PT Semen Indonesia Logistics is a transportation service company with the
development of trucking transportation services business that already reliably
serves transportation and cement distribution services well. The importance of
rejuvenation the fleet that has already entered metal fatique is to make upgrades in
order to create a competitive transport company. The purpose of this study is to
analyze the operating costs of vehicles for the route Tuban – Bondowoso based on
the comparison of prices between trucks. In this study using the quantitative method
is carried out with the calculation of jasa marga.This method is used to determine
the most optimal operational costs between truck. Results of the analysis of BOK
jasa marga on the route tuban bondowoso at a speed of 40 km/h in sequence is Rp
9.226 for the truck fuso, Rp 8.886 for truck hino, and Rp 8.874 for the trucks isuzu.
Recommendations for options in fleet rejuvenation for Isuzu trucks.
