Abstract
In the aviation industry, ensuring flight safety is one of the most crucial
factors. Besides guaranteeing flight safety, passenger baggage handling services are
also vital to ensure passenger comfort during their journey. The purpose of this
research is to determine the technology security development strategy at PT
Angkasa Pura Logistik Bali branch, particularly for the Left Baggage Service, based
on the external and internal factors within the company. This study uses a qualitative
descriptive method with the aid of SWOT analysis and the determination of a
SWOT Matrix. Based on the results of the SWOT Analysis Matrix obtained from
the calculations in the IFAS Table (2.71) and EFAS (-0.42), the results show that
the Safety and Security of Baggage at the Left Baggage Service is positioned
between the X-axis (Strength) and Y-axis (Threat), specifically in Quadrant 2. This
means that there are several threats to be aware of in the Safety and Security of
Baggage at the Left Baggage Service. One of the strategies for diversification can
also be done by utilizing the strength of integrated security facilities through the
procurement of security equipment to ensure smooth and efficient baggage checks,
particularly at the Left Baggage Service at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | Dalam industri penerbangan terjaminnya keselamatan penerbangan adalah salah satu faktor utama yang begitu penting. Selain menjamin keselamatan penerbangan, pelayanan dalam penanganan bagasi penumpang juga tak kalah penting demi menjaga kenyamanan penumpang saat melakukan perjalanan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu guna mengetahui strategi-strategi pengembangan teknologi keamanan di PT Angkasa Pura Logistik cabang Bali khususnya pada Left Baggage Service berdasarkan faktor eksternal dan internal yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini memakai metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan bantuan analisis SWOT serta penentuan Matriks SWOT. Berdasarkan Hasil Matriks Analisis SWOT yang telah diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan pada Tabel IFAS (2,71) dan EFAS (-0,42). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Keselamatan dan Keamanan Bagasi pada Left Baggage Service berposisi diantara sumbu X (Strength) dan Y (Threat) yakni berada pada kuadran 2. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa pada Keselamatan dan Keamanan Bagasi pada Left Baggage terdapat beberapa ancaman (Threat) yang harus diwaspadai. Salah satu strategi diverivikasi juga dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan fasilitas keamanan yang terintegrasi dengan melakukan pengadaan alat keamanan sehingga dalam pengecekan bagasi dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien khususnya pada Left Baggage Service di Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai.
