Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3) is an important aspect for company
operations, especially those engaged in logistics and air transportation such as PT
Angkasa Pura Logistik. This research aims to analyze the K3 risks faced by
Regulated Agent APlog officers and identify control efforts that can be implemented
to minimize these risks. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study
approach. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and review
of company documents. Analysis was carried out using the method HIRARC
(Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment, and Risk Control) to identify hazards,
assess risks, and determine control measures. The results of the research show that
Regulated Agent APlog officers face various K3 risk. The results of the study
showed that the identification of physical danger was the type of danger most
frequently faced by Reiguilateid Ageint officials with 10 out of 16 total casuists, dan
bahaya meikanik dan bahaya psikologi masing – masing meimiliki 1 kasuis. The
results of the risk assessment indicate that the majority of dangers are at the
moderate risk level of 63%, followed by high risk of 25%, and low risk of 12%.

Uncontrolled Keywords: Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting bagi operasional perusahaan, terutama yang bergerak dibidang logistik dan transportasi udara seperti APlog. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko K3 yang dihadapi oleh petugas Regulated Agent APlog dan mengidentifikasi upaya pengendalian yang dapat diterapkan untuk meminimalisir risiko tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan tinjauan dokumen perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment, and Risk Control) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya, menilai risiko, serta menentukan langan pengendalian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petugas Regulated Agent APlog menghadapi berbagai risiko K3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ideintifikasi teirdapat bahaya fisik meiruipakan jeinis bahaya yang paling seiring dihadapi oleih peituigas Reiguilateid Ageint deingan 10 dari 16 total kasuis, dan bahaya meikanik dan bahaya psikologi masing – masing meimiliki 1 kasuis. Hasil peinilaian risiko meinuinjuikkan bahwa seibagian beisar bahaya beirada pada tingkat risiko seidang (modeiratei risk) seibeisar 63%, diikuiti oleih risiko tinggi (high risk) 25%, dan risiko reindah (low risk) seibeisar 12%.
