Abstract

PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik (APLOG) is part of a subsidiary that has an EMPU
division located in Bali Province. This company is committed to implementing good
corporate governance in logistics services through employee performance.
Improving employee performance can be done through a kaizen culture by creating
a mindset that is oriented towards improving quality and appreciating the efforts
of each employee. The problem experienced by PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Bali
Branch EMPU Division, namely not implementing the concept of kaizen culture on
employee performance in a structured manner. This study aims to determine the
effect of implementing kaizen culture on employee performance towards company
productivity. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews,
questionnaires, and observations. This study used a Likert scale research method
with the results of this study showing that 84% of employees strongly agree with
the implementation of Kaizen culture in the Empu Division of PT. Angkasa Pura
Logistik. This is because so far the company has implemented Kaizen Culture
without realizing it. The implementation of Kaizen Culture has had a positive
impact on company productivity.

Uncontrolled Keywords: PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik (APLOG) merupakan bagian dari anak perusahaan yang memiliki divisi EMPU yang berlokasi di Provinsi Bali. Perusahaan ini memiliki komitmen menjalankan tata pengelolaan perusahaan yang baik pada layanan logistik melalui kinerja karyawan. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan melalui budaya kaizen dengan menciptakan pola pikir yang berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas serta menghargai usaha setiap karyawan. Problematika yang dialami oleh PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Bali Divisi EMPU, yaitu belum menerapkan konsep budaya kaizen pada kinerja karyawan secara terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan budaya kaizen pada kinerja karyawan terhadap produktivitas perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian skala likert dengan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebesar 84% karyawan sangat setuju dengan penerapan budaya Kaizen di Divisi Empu PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan selama ini perusahaan telah menerapkan Budaya Kaizen tanpa disadari. Penerapan Budaya Kaizen telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Efisiensi Operasional, Filosofi Kaizen, Perusahaan Logistik
