ANALISIS RISIKO KEGIATAN DI GUDANG PADA PERUSAHAAN PT. AEROFOOD ACS BALI

PT. Aerofood ACS Bali is a company that plays a role in providing
international standard Inflight Catering services at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport. PT
Aerofood ACS Bali has supporting facilities for the company's activities, one of
which is a warehouse. In the process, there is the use of heavy equipment to move
goods such as forklifts and hand pallets and this warehouse has high storage racks
so that the possibility of accidents is quite high. Work accidents are something that
happens suddenly, cannot be controlled, and cannot be predicted and can interfere
with the effectiveness of worker performance. Accidents themselves can occur due
to human factors, the work environment, and work equipment. The purpose of this
study was to determine the potential risks of the entire process of activities in the
PT. Aerofood ACS Bali warehouse and provide suggestions for controlling these
risks. Researchers use the HIRARC method to identify risks and potential hazards
that may occur in warehouse activities. PT. Aerofood ACS Bali has 20 risks in each
process of activities in the warehouse. The identified risks include 9 risks with risk
potential classified into the Low category with a percentage of 45%, 7 risks with
risk potential classified into the Moderate category with a percentage of 35%, and
4 risks with risk potential classified into the High category with a percentage of
20%.
