Abstract
This research aims to identify the optimal storage strategy for Warehouse Block 3 at PT. PLN Indonesia Power Priok PGU, a steam and gas power plant that has warehousing facilities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management. SWOT analysis is used as a tool to comprehensively evaluate internal and external factors affecting warehouse performance. The results of this study are in the form of SO strategy recommendations and quadrant I Growth which has the advantages of integrated storage, including the implementation of relevant technology to optimize storage processes, development of personnel competencies in warehouse management and logistics to improve management quality, as well as the implementation of appropriate risk mitigation strategies to maintain smooth warehouse operations and prevent potential losses.
