DAMPAK IMPLEMENTASI PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI SAP (SYSTEM APPLICATION AND PRODUCT) TERHADAP PENANGANAN LOGISTIK PUPUK : STUDI KASUS PT. BGR LOGISTIK CABANG DENPASAR

The major development of distribution and delivery of goods has been caused by technological advances in logistics. The logistics industry relies heavily on the fastest innovation in the delivery process, technology plays a very important role in improving operational efficiency. SAP is software from Germany developed to support a company in the operational field effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine what are the advantages and disadvantages of SAP for the business processes of the company PT. BGR Logistik Indonesia, the main advantage is that SAP has strong integration in various business processes in one platform and a more efficient and effective flow of information such as in the financial sector. This study uses the Accelerated SAP method where this method has been recommended by SAP to implement ERP software in the company, and uses a descriptive qualitative approach in the form of a questionnaire. This study was conducted based on 5 respondents from the company PT BGR Logistik Indonesia in the finance division, this study shows that the application of technology is sufficient to improve employee performance in carrying out the company's business processes from the results of the validity and reliability tests that have been carried out. The conclusion of this study is that the impact of SAP implementation can help companies to meet business handling processes.
