Abstract
PT. Semen Indonesia Logistik Indonesia is a company engaged in cement logistics and distribution. The implementation of preventive maintenance aims to enhance quality control, responsible for the delivery of the main products of PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk with more than 1,300 fleets. Frequent truck downtime due to breakdowns causes truck congestion in quality control. The application of quality control includes quality, standards, inspection methods, inspector selection, and the creation of check sheets to detect defects. This study aims to assess the condition of quality control at PT. Semen Indonesia Logistik, identify the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities of quality control, and determine the best strategy for implementing quality control. SWOT analysis indicates that the company is in a growth strategy position in Quadrant 1, with a total EFAS of 3.32 higher than the total IFAS of 3.31. This shows that the company has opportunities and strengths that can be leveraged with an aggressive strategy to maximize quality control implementation and avoid existing threats.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kondisi quality control di PT. Semen Indonesia Logistik, mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, ancaman, dan peluang quality control, dan menentukan strategi terbaik untuk penerapan quality control. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berada dalam kondisi growth strategy di Kuadran 1, dengan total EFAS 3,32 lebih tinggi dari total IFAS 3,31. Ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berpeluang dan kekuatan yang mampu dimanfaatkan dengan strategi agresif untuk memaksimalkan penerapan quality control dan menghindari ancaman yang ada Kata Kunci: quality control, SWOT, Truk,Waktu tunggu, Evaluasi. |
