Abstract

CV Arya Maju Mandiri is a bottled drinking water distributor company that has 25 delivery outlets spread across Badung Regency. However, until now there has no been fixed delivery route. In determining the fixed delivery route, the author uses the TSP (Travelling Salesman Problem) and VRP (Vehicle Routing Problem) solutions to find shortest route with the help of Microsoft Excel Solver. TSP solution can solve the problem of delivery a one way route while VRP can solve the problem of shipping routes on demand that exceed the delivery capacity so that it has to go twice. Designing the shortest delivery route can help reduce Vehicle Operating Cost which affect the detemination of the basic delivery tariff. In this research, there are four proposed routes consisting of two TSP routes and two VRP routes. After adjusting the Vehicle Operating Cost and delivery tariff, the basic delivery tariff for TSP route with Google Maps distance is Rp. 1.850/kg and the Haversine Formula distance is Rp. 1.575/kg. For the VRP route with Google Maps distance is Rp. 1.792/kg and Haversine Formula distance is Rp. 1.575/kg.

Uncontrolled Keywords: CV Arya Maju Mandiri merupakan perusahaan distributor air minum dalam kemasan yang memiliki 25 titik pengiriman yang tersebar di Kabupaten Badung. Namun, hingga saat ini belum terdapat rute tetap pengiriman. Dalam menentukan rute tetap pengiriman, penulis menggunakan penyelesaian TSP (Travelling Salesman Problem) dan VRP (Vehicle Routing Problem) dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel Solver. Penyelesaian TSP dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pengiriman rute sekali jalan sedangkan VRP dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan rute pengiriman pada permintaan yang melebihi kapasitas pengiriman sehingga harus dua kali jalan. Perancangan rute pengiriman terpendek dapat membantu menekan biaya operasional kendaraan yang berpengaruh pada penentuan tarif pokok pengiriman. Pada penelitian ini terdapat empat usulan rute yang terdiri dari dua rute TSP dan dua rute VRP. Setelah dilakukan penyesuaian BOK dan tarif pengiriman, diperoleh tarif pokok pengiriman rute TSP dengan jarak Google Maps yakni Rp. 1.850/kg dan jarak Haversine Formula yakni Rp. 1.575/kg. Untuk rute VRP dengan jarak Google Maps yakni Rp. 1.792/kg dan jarak Haversine Formula yakni Rp. 1.575/kg. Kata Kunci : Air Minum Dalam Kemasan, Jarak, Pengiriman, Rute, Tarif Pokok Pengiriman
