ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN SDM PADA PT. INTEGRASI AVIASI SOLUSI BANYUWANGI MELALUI ANALISIS PERAMALAN PERMINTAAN KARGO BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL BANYUWANGI

PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi is a company that opens cargo delivery services by air. This company has a problem, namely the number of employees is very minimal with uncertain air cargo demand every month, so the company needs forecasting of outgoing and incoming air cargo demand. Through forecasting the company can prepare for human resource needs, and know the estimated workload faced by employees so that they can determine whether existing employees are sufficient. This forecasting is done using the Single Exponential Smoothing method, the forecasting calculation is carried out with the help of the Minitab application with January 2024 forecasting. By getting outgoing results of 12,533.5 kg with an MAD error value of 2785, MSE 122609588, and MAPE 37%. Incoming obtained a forecast of 1,537.14 kg with an MAD error value of 810, MSE 1282939, and MAPE 39%. From the forecasting results, the Operations Coordinator section does not need additional employees because it is already fulfilling, and the Checker/Acceptance section requires an additional 6 employees.
