Abstract
The Jukung Ship is a freight transportation service on the Musi river which is one of the economic driving wheels that is quite important for the people of South Sumatra. In determining the transportation tariff with the same purpose, the jukung ship has a different tariff pricing based only on estimates and without having a basis. This study aims to determine the ideal tariff of freight transportation using jukung ships and to find out what factors affect the determination of jukung ship transportation rates. The method used in this study is using calculations based on Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK), basic tariff calculations, and ideal tariff calculations. The results of the study show that the accumulation of operational costs obtained for jukung ships with a load capacity of 70 tons reaches Rp 214.562.388/year, Rp 17.880.199/month, and Rp Rp 599.007/day. The basic tariff obtained for jukung ships with a capacity of 70 tons is Rp. 681.150/ton or Rp 765/kg. The ideal rate obtained is Rp 879/kg. The factors that affect the difference in determining freight rates are the number of crew members, ship load capacity, and ship age.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perhitungan yang berdasarkan pada Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK), perhitungan tarif pokok, serta perhitungan tarif ideal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akumulasi dari biaya operasional yang didapat untuk kapal jukung dengan kapastitas muat 70 ton mencapai Rp 214.562.388/tahun, Rp 17.880.199/bulan, dan Rp Rp 599.007/hari. Tarif pokok yang didapat untuk kapal jukung dengan kapasitas 70 ton yaitu sebesar Rp. Rp 681.150/ton atau Rp 765/kg. Untuk tarif ideal yang didapat yaitu sebesar Rp 879/kg. Faktor yang mempengaruhi dari perbedaan dalam penetapan tarif pengiriman angkutan barang adalah jumlah abk kapal, kapasitas muat kapal, dan umur kapal.
