Abstract
CV. Bagas Tirta Utama is one of the commodity companies supplying mineral water in the form of gallons in Bali. In distributing melya drinking water, the company has prepared a fleet of trucks and Pick Up to reach all its customers in the Bali Region. The main problem of this company in distributing mineral water to consumers only relies on random intuition from the driver without calculating the efficiency of the route to be passed. This research aims to produce an optimal distribution route so that it can streamline the time and costs incurred.
The methods used in this research are Clarke and Wright Savings algorithm and Ant Colony Optimization. The distance matrix measurement is processed using google maps and then the savings matrix is calculated. The results obtained are in the form of the best and optimal route with a total distance to reach all customers along 148.9 km with a distribution route, namely, 1-7-6-8-5-3-4-2-1 which means from the depot to Bali Mart-Sari Arta Mart-Store Indra Jaya-Warung Subur Jaya-Store Sari Asih-Warung Nata-4W Mini Mart and will return to the depot.

Pengukuran matriks jarak diolah menggunakan google maps yang kemudian diperhitungkan matriks penghematannya. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa rute terbaik dan optimal dengan total jarak tempuh untuk menjangkau seluruh pelanggan sepanjang 148,9 km dengan rute pendistribusian yaitu, 1-7-6-8-5-3-4-2-1 yang artinya dari depot menuju ke Bali Mart-Sari Arta Mart-Toko Indra Jaya-Warung Subur Jaya-Toko Sari Asih-Warung Nata-4W Mini Mart dan akan kembali ke depot.
