ANALISIS KELAYAKAN EKONOMI UNTUK PENAMBAHAN KAPASITAS TANGKI PENYIMPANAN BBM PERTASHOP CV SINERGI SUKSES MANDIRI KAB. JEMBER JAWA TIMUR

CV Sinergi Sukses Mandiri is one of the Pertashop outlets with SPBU code 5P.681.23 located in Jember Regency, East Java. In its operational activities, this company is often unable to sell fuel to consumers because it runs out of fuel stock. In this condition, there are three possible ways for the outlet to continue operating, namely increasing the capacity of the storage tank and increasing the frequency of fuel delivery or by combining the two plans. This study was conducted to analyze the economic feasibility of the three plans and choose the most economically beneficial plan for the company. The research method used is literature study and direct observation in the field. For data processing and analysis using Microsoft Excel 2021 and using 4 investment assessment criteria methods, namely the Net Present Value (NPV) method, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP), and Profitability Index (PI). The results of this study are that the three plans are feasible because they meet each method of investment feasibility criteria. Analysis of the addition of tank capacity as well as the addition of fuel delivery frequency gets more favorable results, namely the calculation of Net Present Value (NPV) produces a profit of Rp. 53,757,270.00 this figure is greater than 0, so the investment is feasible. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculation produces a figure of 15.14% greater than MARR 6.5%, so the investment is feasible. Payback Period (PBP) calculation results in 1.66 and this figure is smaller than the investment life, so the investment is feasible. The Profitabality Index (PI) calculation produces 1.21 greater than 1 indicating the investment is feasible. Apart from the results of the calculation, increasing the capacity of the storage tank along with increasing the frequency of fuel delivery is more advisable because it does not only increase storage capacity but increases the volume or stock in Pertashop so that operational activities can continue.
