ANALISIS RUTE TERPENDEK DALAM OPTIMALISASI BIAYA OPERASIONAL KENDARAAN ( STUDI KASUS : PT. IDA DWI PUTRA CARGO)

The increase in the number of exports in Bali, namely 8.07% from November 2022 to November 2023 must be supported by logistics actors. One of the logistics operators in Bali is PT. Ida Dwi Putra Cargo. Suppliers who subscribe make deliveries to PT. Ida Dwi Putra Cargo is an Aussie garden. When taking goods to Aussie Garden, PT. Ida Dwi Putra Cargo has not yet determined the best route, so this will affect the amount of vehicle operational costs incurred. The aim of this research is to determine the company's shortest route and the vehicle operational cost savings obtained by using the shortest route, as well as ensuring that the roads on the shortest route do not experience congestion when company vehicles are added. The approach method used to overcome this problem is the DJikstra method with the help of an Excel solver, linear regression method, modeling in the PTV VISSIM application, and calculating vehicle operational costs based on PM 60 of 2019. Based on the results of the study, the route proposed by the author is the shortest route by distance. 18.1 km with good traffic conditions. By using the new route, vehicle operational cost savings of 1.6% are obtained.
