Abstract
UPPKB Kalitirto is one of the service units under BPTD Class III D.I. Yogyakarta. UPPKB Kalitirto plays an important role in ensuring that vehicles operating on the road do not exceed the permitted load of goods. The location of UPPKB Kalitirto is very strategic for the weighbridge because it is adjacent to the main route connecting Yogyakarta and Solo. Therefore, many goods transport vehicles choose UPPKB Kalitirto to weigh. UPPKB Kalitirto has facilities, namely operational rooms, places of worship, generator sets, weighbridges, circulation paths, parking lots and others. This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction of freight transport drivers at UPPKB Kalitirto towards weighing services. This research was conducted using the CSI method and measured the level of satisfaction of freight transport drivers at UPPKB Kalitirto. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire in the form of google forms. The results of this study indicate that the overall calculation value using the CSI method is 67.75%, in the criteria for the level of satisfaction the calculation value is included in the satisfied category.

Di UPPKB Kalitirto memiliki fasilitas yaitu ruang operasional, tempat Ibadah, tempat genset, jembatan timbang, jalur sirkulasi, tempat parkir dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengemudi angkutan barang di UPPKB Kalitirto terhadap pelayanan penimbangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode CSI dan mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengemudi angkutan barang di UPPKB Kalitirto. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dalam bentuk google forms. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai perhitungan keseluruhan menggunakan metode CSI sebesar yakni 67,75%, pada kriteria tingkat kepuasan nilai perhitungan tersebut termasuk dalam kategori puas.
