Abstract
PT Wonojati Wijoyo is a company operating in the teak wood furniture industry which requires an effective and efficient warehouse management system to meet consumer demand. The problem faced by companies is that the storage of goods is not well structured, which causes difficulties in finding and storing components. The aim of this research is to improve the layout of the existing warehouse at PT Wonojati Wijoyo Kediri. This research adopts the ABC classification method to group items based on the level of importance and contribution to the overall value of inventory. The results of this grouping are used to design a more efficient warehouse layout. Data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with warehouse staff at PT Wonojati Wijoyo. The results of applying the ABC classification method can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse layout. Items categorized in class A are placed in easily accessible locations, while class B and C items are placed further away according to their frequency of use. This change reduces search time and increases the speed of warehouse operations.

Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah penyimpanan barang yang tidak terstruktur dengan baik, yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pencarian dan penyimpanan komponen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki tata letak gudang yang ada di PT Wonojati Wijoyo Kediri. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode klasifikasi ABC untuk mengelompokkan barang berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan dan kontribusi terhadap nilai keseluruhan inventaris. Hasil dari pengelompokan ini digunakan untuk merancang layout pergudangan yang lebih efisien. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan staf pergudangan di PT Wonojati Wijoyo. Hasil penerapan metode klasifikasi ABC dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas tata letak gudang. Barang-barang yang dikategorikan dalam kelas A ditempatkan pada lokasi yang mudah diakses, sementara barang-barang kelas B dan C ditempatkan lebih jauh sesuai dengan frekuensi penggunaannya.
